Landing page templates ready to edit and publish

Each of these 15 templates is a complete page in the Medivot landing page builder, with real sections and sample copy you replace with your own. Pick one, change the words, images and colours in the block editor, and publish it on your own domain. Every form sends its submissions straight to your CRM.

Forms that feed your CRM

Every submission is saved with the page and creates or updates a lead in your CRM with the contact details and the visit's UTM source.

Create a variant of any page, test a different headline or layout, and keep the version that converts better.

SEO controls and custom domains

Set the title, description and share image for every page, and publish on your own domain.

How to use a Medivot landing page template

  1. Start your free trial. Create a Medivot account. Every plan includes the landing page builder and the full template library, and the first 5 days are free.
  2. Open the template. Go to Landing Pages, choose Create Page, then Start from Template. Filter by category, preview a template, and click Use This Template.
  3. Make it yours. Replace the sample copy, images and numbers with your own in the block editor. Add, remove or reorder sections, and match the colours to your brand.
  4. Publish and follow up. Set the page title and description, publish on a medivot.com link or your own domain, and follow up on submissions from your CRM.

Before you publish

Templates ship with sample copy, numbers and testimonials so you can see how a finished page reads. Run through this list before you share the link.

  • Replace every sample testimonial, logo and statistic with real ones, or delete the block
  • Change sample prices and currencies to your own
  • Set the page title, description and share image in the page settings
  • Submit the form once yourself and check the lead appears in your CRM
  • Add UTM parameters to the links you share so you can see which channel converts
  • Create a second variant if you want to test a different headline

What the templates do not do

Medivot landing pages collect leads, registrations and enquiries. They do not include a shopping cart, checkout or ticket payments, so link pricing and deal buttons to your store or payment provider. Templates are starting points with sample content: a page converts because of your offer and your proof, not the layout.

Frequently asked questions

Are the landing page templates free?

The templates are included in every Medivot plan at no extra cost, and you can use all of them during the 5-day free trial. Medivot does not have a permanent free plan; see the pricing page for current plans.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You edit templates in a visual block editor. Developers can add custom CSS and head code, but nothing requires it.

Where do form submissions go?

Each submission is saved with the landing page, where you can review every answer, and creates or updates a lead in your Medivot CRM with the contact details and the visit's UTM source.

Can I publish a template on my own domain?

Yes. Landing pages can be published on a custom domain, with your own SEO title, description and share image.

Can I take payments on a landing page?

No. Landing pages collect leads and registrations. Link pricing or deal buttons to your online store or payment provider.

How many templates are there?

There are 15 full-page templates in the builder today, plus a blank page and an AI generator. Every template is listed on this page.
