Webinar registration landing page template
A focused registration page: the promise, the agenda and a short form. Start from this template in the Medivot landing page builder, replace the sample content with your own, and publish. Every form submission lands in your CRM.
What the Webinar Registration template looks like
A focused, centred layout. The hero states what attendees will learn in one sentence, an agenda timeline breaks the session into clear segments with times, and a short registration form sits at the bottom. The sample is a growth masterclass with naira revenue goals, so it reads naturally for Nigerian audiences.

- Make it yours. Replace the sample copy, images and numbers with your own in the block editor. Add, remove or reorder sections, and match the colours to your brand.
- Publish and follow up. Set the page title and description, publish on a medivot.com link or your own domain, and follow up on submissions from your CRM.
When to adapt it or pick a different template
Out of the box the form is a regular lead form: registrants become CRM leads, and reminders are up to you. Keep the form short; every extra field lowers registrations, so remove the revenue question unless you need it to qualify leads.
Connect it to Medivot Webinars
To send confirmation emails with calendar files, reminders 24 hours, 1 hour and 10 minutes before the start, and to record who attended, create the session in Medivot Webinars and replace the form with the webinar registration block. Registrations are then attributed to this landing page. See webinar features.
