Mailchimp is the best-known email marketing tool for small businesses, with a friendly editor, a small free plan and a large template and integration ecosystem. Its CRM features are light, and pricing scales with contact count in USD, so growing lists get expensive and sales follow-up usually needs another tool.

Brevo: volume pricing and multichannel add-ons

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) prices by email volume rather than contacts, which suits large lists mailed infrequently, and it bundles transactional email with extra messaging channels on higher tiers.

Medivot has no permanent free plan (new accounts get a 5-day free trial), and its template library and native integration catalogue are smaller than Mailchimp's.
